Epic Backcountry Adventure – Private Tour
Join our Wilderness First Aid trained guides for an adventure that’s sure to get your heart pumping. This hike includes scrambling on hillsides and hiking off-trail on private property, requiring some bushwhacking along the route. Hikers are rewarded for their efforts with stunning overlooks towering high above the forest floor and crawling through a sandstone arch. This guided hike will give you a taste of the rugged terrain in Kentucky’s Red River Gorge.

Waterfall Splendor – Private Tour
Soak up the splendor of this private property with its rich woodland, soothing waterfalls, and stunning overlooks. Hikers will be immersed in nature throughout the hike, where your guides will share information about the flora and fauna, some history of the property and the region. Basque in the beauty of this experience that will awaken all of your senses. A resident dog may join for the adventure, hikers are welcome to bring their pooch as well if their dog plays well with others.

Hike Description
This beginner friendly hike experience is ideal for people who would like to be more confident on the trails. Hikers will learn Leave No Trace Principles, basic map and compass reading skills and trail navigation, in addition to the history of the nature preserve and Red River Gorge region.

This hike is great for all ages, we cater to our youngest explorer on this hike and the pace is set by the most leisurely hiker in the bunch. We could hike as little as 1 mile and up to 2.5 miles depending on the group’s interest and abilities.
Your guide will share environmental education tidbits along the way, appropriate for all ages to immerse themselves in the natural splendor of the area. As much as we love pets, no pets are allowed to join us for this hike.

Hike Description
This immersive experience allows you to get up close and personal with the natural splendor of the region. Hikers will be awestruck by the views of towering Corbin sandstone rock walls and the richness of the flora and fauna that abound. The group returns to the valley floor and will visit a cave and potentially 2 other waterfalls before we head back to our vehicles after a great day in the woods.

- Hike to where one of the tallest waterfalls in the RRG frequently flows
- Envelop yourself with a short walk into a cave

Hike Description
This hike immerses you in the natural splendor of a pristine nature preserve in one outing. Over 200 stair steps in total and elevation changes make this a hike that will give hiker’s knees a workout. The reward for this effort comes from spectacular views after navigating rocks along the trail and standing in awe of towering 200’ Corbin sandstone cliffs.
Adventure Highlights
- Arches – hikers will see at least 2 arches on this hike and they’ll be vastly different from one another
- Caves – there are 2 caves we’ll visit on the property, no spelunking skills required
- Waterfalls – there could be as many as 6 waterfalls on this hike if there has been enough precipitation for them to be flowing, otherwise hikers will see the amphitheaters and rock walls where water frequently flows
- Local environmental educator guides providing interpretive experience highlighting the significance of the nature preserve and Red River Gorge region
